As one of few Canucks on Law Review, Tamara received her Bachelor of Arts in English Language & Literature and Women's Studies from the University of Windsor in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. While there, she earned the Board of Governors Medal for graduating at the top of her class.

Now an "international" law student at Michigan State, Tamara serves as President of the Canadian Legal Association, member of the ABA Competition Mediation Team, and Tax Clinician at the Alvin L. Storrs Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic. She is also an active member of LegalLaunchPad, the Economics and Law Student Association, and Women's Law Caucus.

This past summer, Tamara worked as a Content Development Law Clerk and LiveHelp Supervisor at Michigan Legal Help in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She currently works as a Corporate Law Research Assistant for Professor Bruce Bean.

When she's not drowning in casebooks, Tamara likes to participate in marathons (of the Netflix kind) while sipping on Pinot Grigio.
