Summer Experience: 1L Summer Legal intern, The Public Interest Network's Legal Department. 2L Summer Legal Intern, The Little River Band of Ottawa Indians. 

In addition to Law Review, Paul is completing the Indigenous Law Certificate, focusing on the unique jurisdictional issues facing Native American tribes. He was a student clinician in the Indian law clinic for two semesters, conducting research on behalf of tribes. As a clinician, Paul drafted and submitted comments on behalf of a tribe challenging a mining permit and composed an amicus brief that was submitted to the Oregon Supreme Court. Paul is also a law clerk at Dykema Gossett, researching medical marijuana regulations. 

Paul graduated from Michigan State University, majoring in Public Policy and Economics. In his spare time, Paul enjoys playing guitar and spending time outside. Paul is from Niles, Michigan.
