Summer Experience: Claire has worked as a law clerk for the Institute for Defense Analyses, a federally funded research and development center for the Department of Defense. Assisted the General Counsel with issues regarding export controls, internal investigations, the Privacy Act and FOIA, as well as conducting interviews in order to draft mandatory disclosures.
Claire Perna graduated from Marquette University in 2015 cum laude with a double major in psychology and writing-intensive english. During her time at Marquette, she co-authored an article as a research assistant to a psychology professor, which was published in a scholarly journal. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, practicing yoga, and watching movies.
