Chad Watson focuses his practice on trial advocacy and patent law. Specifically, Chad is interested in complex biotechnology patent litigation, including Hatch-Waxman litigation of generic pharmaceuticals. His background in biochemistry positions him to effectively advocate for biotech and pharma companies across the country, post-graduation.
At MSU Law, Chad is participating in the Geoffrey Fieger Trial Practice Institute. This unique certificate program will allow him to hone his trial advocacy skills, which will enable him to hit the ground running as a patent litigator. Chad graduated summa cum laude in 2015 with a degree in biochemistry from Texas Christian University.
